Why speed matters

We help you find and shut off the water, make the space safe, and take photos and moisture readings before anything is moved.
Extract

Measure & map
Thermal imaging and moisture meters show where water travelled behind walls and under floors, so nothing wet gets sealed in.
Dry & dehumidify
Commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers are placed to a drying plan. We check readings daily until materials hit dry standard.
Restore
Only what can't be saved is removed. Drywall, flooring, baseboards and paint are put back so the room looks like it did before.

How long does it take to dry a house after water damage?
Most residential water losses take 3 to 5 days of drying. Dense materials like hardwood or concrete can take longer. We take daily readings and only remove equipment when materials reach dry standard.
Will my home insurance cover water damage?
Sudden and accidental water damage — like a burst pipe or appliance failure — is commonly covered by Ontario home insurance policies; gradual leaks and overland flooding depend on your policy and endorsements. We document everything insurers need and can bill your insurer directly.
Should I use fans myself before you arrive?
If the water is clean and it is safe to do so, opening windows and running fans helps. Don't use household vacuums on standing water and stay out of rooms where water has reached outlets or the electrical panel.
Do I need to move out during drying?
Usually not. Drying equipment is noisy but safe. If there is sewage, significant mould, or no working kitchen or bathroom, we'll tell you honestly and help document additional living expenses for your claim.
