What counts as a large loss
Any loss where the drying footprint, number of affected units or business impact outgrows a normal residential job: high-rise riser and sprinkler breaks, multi-suite condo losses, flooded underground garages, warehouse and industrial floods, roof failures after wind or ice storms, and losses at schools, clinics and other institutions.
The first 24 hours
We send a project lead to assess, agree priorities with the owner and adjuster, and start with life-safety, source control and protection of undamaged areas. Extraction and drying are sequenced so the most expensive materials and the most critical spaces are handled first. You get a written plan, a daily report and one person to call.
Scaling honestly
Large losses are where restoration companies are most tempted to overpromise. We would rather tell you exactly what we can mobilize on day one and how we will add capacity than win the job and fall behind. For losses outside the GTA we confirm travel time and resources before you commit.

Can you handle multi-unit residential losses?
