Who we work for
Offices & professional space
Sprinkler discharges, rooftop unit leaks and washroom overflows that soak carpet tile, drywall and server rooms. We work nights and weekends so staff can keep working where it's safe.
Retail & restaurants
Stock, fixtures and flooring on the line. We prioritize the sales floor and kitchen so you can reopen fast, and we follow health-and-safety requirements for food-service areas.
Warehouses & industrial
Roof failures, fire-line breaks and slab flooding across large footprints. We extract, set up large-scale drying and help you separate salvageable inventory for the claim.
Multi-residential & condos
Stacked water losses across several suites and common areas. We document each unit separately and report to property management every day.
Institutional & places of worship
Schools, clinics, community centres and churches with limited budgets and busy schedules. We plan around your calendar and explain options honestly.
Mixed-use & plazas
A leak in one tenant space rarely stays there. We trace water across demising walls and give landlords and each tenant clear, separate records.
What we do on the first visit
Make the site safe, stop or isolate the source with your facility team, extract standing water, move or protect contents and inventory, and map moisture through walls, ceilings and slabs with thermal imaging and meters. Before we leave you have a written scope, a drying plan and a timeline.
Documentation built for commercial claims
Commercial claims move faster when the adjuster has clean evidence: time-stamped photos, moisture maps per area, daily psychrometric readings, equipment logs and an itemized scope. We produce all of it by default, and we can include business-interruption notes like areas closed and reopening dates.
Working inside your operation
We coordinate with building management, security and your insurer, book loading docks and service elevators, protect common areas, and schedule noisy work outside business hours when needed.

Questions we get asked
Can you work after hours so we can stay open?
Yes. Extraction and equipment setup can be done overnight, and drying equipment can often run safely during business hours in closed-off areas. We'll plan it with you.
Do you handle large commercial losses?
Yes — see our large loss page. For very large or multi-site losses we assess on site and tell you honestly what we can mobilize and how fast, so you can make the right call.
Do you bill insurance directly for commercial claims?
Where possible, yes. We work with the adjuster on scope and pricing and keep you informed. You remain responsible for your deductible and anything not covered.
Can we set up a priority response agreement before anything happens?
Yes. Property managers and facility teams can register buildings in advance so we already have site contacts, shut-off locations and access instructions. There's no cost to register.
